I am an illustrator, designer, and author who creates stories about cyclical emotions and ecosystems. Based in Brooklyn, I channel my research of herbalism and mythology into contemporary narratives.

As a designer, I form relationships with my clients to communicate from the heart. As an illustrator, I use pen and ink on paper to bring characters to life with rhythmic patterns. I am influenced by indie comics, botanical illustration, and traditional printmaking techniques.

I hold an MFA in Illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, and my self-published art books have been recognized by American Illustration and the Society of Illustrators. I have recently designed and illustrated public art projects for the Hudson Square Business Improvement District and the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs. I also lead group workshops on observational drawing and meditating with the harmony of plants.

My intention as an artist, currently through books and workshops, is to inspire confidence and reciprocal care by illuminating our connection with all of the earth.
